For the past 30 years, the principals of the Caregard Group have been actively involved in real estate development including land acquisition, subdivision, and construction, in addition to consulting and management within the health care industry in the Province of Ontario.

The Group has two divisions, Real Estate and Land Development, and Retirement Care. While these two aspects of the Group are separate and distinct, they do complement each other. Caregard has consulted on a number of seniors retirement projects in the area of design, interior lay-outs, finishes, furnishing, building functionality and financial viability.
